£95 covers the call-out and first hour on site, whether that's diagnosis, quoting, PAT testing or an EICR. £60 an hour after that.

In most cases yes, a charger on a rear or side wall not facing the street is usually fine even within the Herne Bay Conservation Area. A unit on a front elevation facing one of the Grade II terraces or squares sometimes needs a closer look, since there are 41 Grade II listed buildings in the conservation area.
